The versions tested were 1.000.001 on PS5 and 2.0.0.3 on Xbox Series X|S.
PS5 and Xbox Series X use a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 3840x2160 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 3456x1944.
Xbox Series S uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 2560x1440 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 2304x1296.
During gameplay pixel counts at 3840x2160 seem to be common on PS5 and Xbox Series X. Xbox Series S drops below its maximum resolution more often than the other two consoles. The resolution is lower on average during cutscenes than gameplay for all three consoles.
Stuttering unrelated to the frame rate can happen at some points on the Xbox consoles. This issue wasn't encountered on PS5. An example of a level that this stuttering was found in is the level Hit The Road.
