We've all been in this situation... you get a call from your friend at some random hour wanting you to come by, explaining that his PC just died from malware. He wants you to come by his house and "fix" his machine. Never mind his sluggish, barely working internet or the fact that his computer is so slowed down with malware that you won't even be able to install the programs you need to diagnose and repair it!
Enter: Portable App Suite! One of my teachers in college told me about this great program, and I ignored it for several years. All the while the author kept improving it. It is now my favorite way to setup a USB portable tool drive. With this, you don't have to download any programs at your friend's house or install anything. It just does all the hard work for you! You can also update your portable anti-malware programs so they are ready to go.
