The version of OpenShot included with the software repository of Linux Mint v20.1 doesn't work with the included blender. This video answers 2 questions:
1) How do I get OpenShot to work with Blender to produce the animated titles in Linux Mint v20.1?
2) I installed the software repo version of OpenShot, THEN uninstalled it and installed the new one. It doesn't even launch! Why doesn't it load?
Ok, these questions are fully answered in the video. It's a short video, just watch it! Please like and subscribe and all that if this video helps you.
