Miku Miku Dance (MMD) is a free 3D animation program originally created for Vocaloid videos.
It's not that hard to use and if you're somehow familiar with 3D models you'll soon be able to figure out how it works.
I actually tried to import my VRoid model into MMD, but for some reason the hair is the totally wrong color Q.Q
