In this episode, we start a brickmaking part of town off to the west. This will provide the basis for building several brick buildings in the coming colonial era as well as a quality export good for Herodotown.

Herodotown derives its name from the ancient historian Herodotus. This is an homage to history, to the past, and to the great long arch of human flourishing. In short, this is a "timeline" playthrough of Banished using the MegaMod. In this series, we begin with a primitive hunter gatherer society and slowly develop new technologies. Eventually the village will morph into a town, and eventually a bustling colonial city.
