I figured since my latest Creature Caster was finished... time to start another one!
Originally released during Gen Con weekend, I unfortunately got sidetracked with a pile of other models and haven't had a chance to build this guy yet.
While it looks complex the swirly spirit parts actually went together quite easily, to the point that I never had to peek online and check to make sure I was building it correctly.
There are three weapon variants with two arm poses. I wish there'd been an included option for the left hand as well but that's an easy enough conversion.
It was quite impressive how stable this guy is when complete. I always get nervous with models balanced no thin swirly parts, but honestly he doesn't tip over- which is even more impressive since he isn't exactly centered on his base (although I wish he was).
Now I want to see some fully humanoid models done up with a similar style. His arms have a vaguely technological look to the armor on them. I'll probably paint him up like my Ossiarch Bonereapers, but my plan for the time being is to use him as a stand- in Lady Olynder.
Not only can you get him from Creature Caster's webstore (which has shipping hubs worldwide) but there's a new model that just got released today as well!
