Developing Sail in Unity has resulted in some challenges we've had to solve creatively. Recently keeping our moving npc crew characters on a moving ship has proven tricky in Unity but our development team came up with a great solution using Unity's physics raycast and rigidbody system and you can see the result in this demo. (No crew falls off the boat)
