I put this guide hastily together so apologises for the presentation or lack there of.

How to obtain:
* Steal Goblin Punch from the boss of 4-4-4 (steal is given to you by the boy in Chapter 4, Sector 5 Slums).
* Complete 30% of the missions for the Rush Assault materia.

As far as I know this would doable around chapter 5 if only to access that many missions. I skipped some easy missions because I want to magic pot farm later as an option. It also isn't an instant win, it seems tied to your max hp and as that goes up, your damage goes up (7-4-3 boss I think was letting me hit for 8-9k). Right now we're stuck at 9,999, however, I'm at 7-4-3 and 7-4-6 gives Brutal which is the break damage limit accessory.

My goal is to farm Darkness materia to boost my hp and probably SP in order to fuse at all. I might try using many slots to cut costs as well. Darkness can be stolen from Demons in 6-3-4, and sadly we'll be limited to using gravity/costly punches to do the work.
