Crispy Chocolate Cereal Roll (no bake) -with yoyomax12
You will see the new intro I used in the last video again! I have uploaded and scheduled several videos that were made awhile ago and I don't have the time to re-edit them and re-upload them, so these have older intros in them :) The new darkmystgaming intro will be back soon :)

Crispy Chocolate Roll recipe from Taste of Home magazine.
(forgot to measure in grams when I made this, sorry!)
1 package 10oz large marshmallows
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
5 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup butterscotch chips (if you can't find these, use peanut butter chips or more chocolate chips, you could also add candies such as M&Ms)
In a large bowl place marshmallows, peanut butter and butter and microwave on high for 2 minutes until the marshmallows are large and puffy and the butter is melted.
You can do this step in a pot on the stove on low as well if you don't want to use a microwave.
Add the cereal and stir to coat.
Spread the cereal mixture into the bottom of a large (15x10") baking dish or pan lined with greased waxed paper or parchment. Spread out into an even flat layer using a buttered spatula or slightly wet or buttered fingers.
Place chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a small bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes until melted, stir until smooth.
Pour and spread over cereal layer and then roll up the cereal layer jell-roll style starting at the short end. Wrap and chill until set. Slice into segments to serve. I found that the pieces were pretty large and I ended up slicing the large rounds into halves. I brought these to work and they disappeared in a eye-blink.
