Bacon and Cheese Waffles- with yoyomax12
1,324These waffles have great flavour! Bacon make everything taste better :)
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 cups pancake mix or biscuit mix
(if you can't find this in your country, google "copycat biquick recipe" or "basic pancake mix recipe". It is a very basic recipe mix)
6-8 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In medium bowl, beat egg, add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in pancake mix and blend well. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions. Makes approx. 12-4inch waffles.
