Critical Mass was a graphics adventure game published by Sirius Software in 1983 for the Apple ][. It is one of my favorite adventure game because there are many life-and-death scenarios requiring real-time responses.

This is the second test case for Smartadventurer, a program that I wrote to automate the playing for vintage Apple ][ games. The program did most of the gameplay and I took over for the parts requiring precise timing.
