A short video capturing the current progress of Smartadventurer, a program that I wrote to automate the playing for vintage Apple ][ games. It uses the text screen data from the Virtual ][ emulator to decide whether it is waiting for the user to enter a command or enter any key to clear the text. Therefore it can handle adventure games using text mode and mixed graphics/text mode. My next challenge is to figure out how to handle graphics mode.
