Sensei Lun has been teaching for a long time and has some amazing students. But teaching has a price that your own training diminishes. Sensei noticed he was weak in punches and wanted to learn some Kyokushin Karate style punches, kicks and blocks for his personal and professional growth.

This was completely off the cuff casual training. No script, no rehearsal. Heck he saw me coming with the camera and almost locked me out.

yes the audio was terrible. I filtered most of the AC unit sound out, but it made the audio canny and weird sounding.
