Been w hile since I posted. I've been finishing up Animal Friends Adventure. My side hobby is programming Python and Tensorflow. This is a style transfer system I've been tuning for 2 years now. The data sets were completely reworked and the results are getting significantly better.

It's a bit pixelated. I am working on tuning the moviePy encoder to adjust and maintain encoding. Right now it's a fixed number and I need to change it to match the source video.
