Playstation and Saturn ports are also very good but the original PC version is the best - It benefits from the keyboard. However, thanks to all the keyboard commands, you would need to read a manual and it has pretty high learning curve, remembering all the commands.
On the downside, graphically and in terms of variety in gameplay the game gets very repetitive. New levels have new wall textures and graphical elements, but it’s always about running around in some factory kind of environment - If you played the first mission, you played them all.
Overall, Crusader: No Remorse is a classic game that still holds up today. Its graphics, controls, and storyline are all well-designed and create an immersive experience for the player. The game's attention to detail and atmospheric world-building help to set it apart from other games of its time, and it is still worth playing today for anyone interested in classic action games.
