How to easy fix failed to create D3D device in CS GO

1. Right click on desktop go to display settings and lower desktop resolution (ex 1280x720)
2. Open game launcher options in steam and set -w -h according to your new resolution (ex -w1280 -h720)
4. Go to task mannager and close the game, or restart your steam if it say game already running
3. Start CS GO and change to your resolution from inside the game
4. You can change your desktop resolution back to default.
5. Remove the -w & -h comands from launcher if you want to
