The protest against the rising budget cuts on public education was scheduled to start around 10 AM at CSUN. I started recording around 10:45 AM after the first protesters moved their efforts from the rooftops to the quad to the hallways (Citrus Hall and Sierra Hall in this video) in the form of several groups before they converged into the throng passing through the Sierra Center on the way to the Nordoff and Reseda intersection.

Watch the numbers grow as they gather more people.

Ultimately, the primary success about this protest is raising awareness to be a bit more politically active at the very least. People online sure are responding to these videos when the footage is no longer on TV, for instance. It's kinda sad when people don't think their voices matter in a democratic-republic.
