I saw some unusual rail machines moving my way in the distance. I heard on the scanner that they were moving to just outside the Triple Crossing so that they could work on some ties. While I can't count those machines as trains, they were still pretty cool and unusual. I thought that would be the only thing I would catch in that video, but just then, an NS train blew its horn as they were ready to head under the bridge. This particular NS local reminds me of the V26 I caught here last time. It has the power and only 3 tank cars. Interestingly, that lone SD40-2 was dragging the cars long hood forward! While this does happen on NS more often than other railroads, it was neat to watch! Enjoy this unusual meet!
