Cuphead 3 - RTX 4090 Ultra Settings (HD/LQ + Raytracing)

game runs 55-60 fps with all settings maxed out on hd/lq ultra as well as psycho ray tracing *BUT I do have over 110 mods installed and activated on my game

when I tried within mods, the game runs over 170 fps at all times on Quality mode max settings raytracing

i tried dlss 3.0 setting but it didn't change my frame rate at all so I don't think it works yet since its a private beta

i also think my cpu over voltage pikachu error is bottlenecking:

rtx 4090
r9 5900x
32gb 3600mhz
