This is the fourth boss fight in Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course (DLC). This boss battle is called the Howling Aces and it's very challenging for me to beat. The reason is that the last phase was tricky that the screen goes upside down, but hey, it took me about 12 tries to beat, and can't I believe I beat it.
