I like to 100% hard games and play League of Legends.
*Hitless is stretching the truth slightly, because I do take damage from traps. Hitless in this case just means I never trigger the Sword of Conjunctivius instadeath by getting hit by an enemy.
I love Curse of the Dead Gods. Roguelike is my favorite genre, and this game sits near the top of them in my opinion. It is a shame it came out so close in time to Hades (my favorite roguelike) because the games are so similar. I can't help but assume that COTDG would have been more successful if it were not in the shadow of Hades.
My only complaint about this game at all would be the grindy nature of the bestiary achievement. I believe that if you can beat an enemy hitless once, that is proof you can do it any number of times and requiring further grind just turns it into a chore. This isn't such a big deal though in the grand scheme of things, and I hope to grind out the rest of my hitless bosses and enemies in the near future to earn 100% achivements. I have already beaten hard mode twice in a row, as well as beating everything hitless at least once. Hopefully this means that the rest of my completion will be pretty easy going.
