7Go to the left (the direction away from the farm) of the cave that takes you to South Beach from the Cursed Palace area until you reach the sign pointing to a pool of water.
Jump into the water & swim until you reach the gate. Throw an Underwater Projectile at the target & continue through until you reach the end. You'll surface just outside the Bedouin Outpost area.
