Pros
+ The BEST aesthetic detailing I have ever seen
+ High detailed geometry
+ Well balanced supplies
+ Well optimized
+ Very unique areas
+ Very well usage of Portal 2 props
+ Optional horde events that aren't a car alarm
Cons
- The Finale can be rather easy with no tanks (don't know if this was intentional or not)
- Easy to get lost
- Navigation in the cable cars needs some work
Final Verdict
100/100
A highly anticipated map indeed... Yama is one of the best looking ma I have ever seen... far surpassing any other map I have praised for detail so far... The environment is astonishing, the building designs are awe-inspiring... Good gameplay for the most part, and unique events... such a superb map...
However... as much as it feels wrong to say this... it is not perfect... there are some gameplay elements that don't need to be reworked... The finale, while the cans are very far apart from each other... a "No tank" finale is a joke when it comes to difficulty... The navigation in some areas were less than good... and there wasn't much direction in this map as far as I know... there was some, but no when it really mattered...
All complaints aside... the pros exceed the cons ten-fold... so I can't give it any lower than a perfect score...
