An early draft of Spec Ops' story took the game in a radically different direction. It centered on a plot to kick off WW3 to reduce carbon emissions, the parents of Konrad's soldiers drinking in an overturned boat, and a holographic zoo. Walt Williams and other members of Yager Entertainment were less-than-enthusiastic about this take on the game's vision. I'll be going over his description of that storyline in this video!
