Atticus is a cut NPC that shares the same name with the NPC who runs the Caesar Legion safehouse. It's thought this Atticus was a goods runner of some sort before being cut.

The Vertibird Pilot was originally going to be the corpse next to the Crashed Vertibird, but I would assume after realizing the time between the crash and the time of New Vegas they replaced him with a skeleton instead.
