OBS kept coming up with an error when trying to live stream/record Cyberpunk 2077 - OBS encoder took too long to respond NVENC - after changing the encoder to Quicksync, this error went away. However, there would still be massive frame drops due to encoding lag. Simply enabling Nvidia shadowplay solved this entirely for me. There are still sometimes spikes of dropped frames due to encoding lag, but they are few and far between. 3 hours of live streaming and I have a total of less than 12000 dropped frames.
