1. Purchase a Nicola from a vending machine or vendor
2. Go sell the Nicola at a trade terminal
3. Escape from the terminal
4. Press R + Esc at the same time (Y + Menu on console) - whatever keybinding you have for accessing the terminal and the menu button
5. Buy back around 600-1000 Nicola
6. Level Technical Ability to 20
7. Go to inventory and drink a Nicola
8. Disassemble the whole stack of Nicola
9. Repeat until achievement unlocks
