WATCH on atleast 720p60fps to actually see the results
If you want the TL;DR just scroll down

It's on 3.0Ghz because i'm too lazy to reapply thermal paste, otherwise on stock 3.4Ghz clock it goes upto 80-85c

The game usually runs at 25-30 fps (30-35 fps if i was on 3.4Ghz)

FSR 3 really does helps my CPU limited situation

Capped 30fps via ingame FPS limiter (this means if i cap 20fps, i'll get 40fps from FSR3) then i cap it again to 60fps in RTSS, it's uncapped just for the video for testing purposes

Input lag? kinda, but if you're used to 30fps, then it's no big deal,
i heard you can mitigate this issue by limiting your framerate by 3fps from your refresh rate (57fps for 60hz),
or if the game has the option, use Raw Input instead of Direct Input, i don't know which one is used for Cyberpunk, but there was massive delay for Direct Input if GTA V or RDR2 was running at 30 fps.

Ghosting? Only when you're driving very fast and instant 180 aim flick, but if you have 50+ base fps, then it's (probably) gonna be unnoticeable or none at all

TL;DR: Hell yeah, especially if you're low end gamer, who are VERY used to low fps (mind you, i finished AC4 Black flag at 15-20fps), but BIG NO for online competitive games.
