Cyberpunk 2077 Hotfix 1.22 is now live on Consoles, Stadia and PC.

In the patch notes for the update, CD Projekt RED outlines that the hotfix “addresses the most frequently reported issues since the last patch and introduces further improvements to stability and performance of the game”.

The hotfix mainly focuses on quests & open world fixes, such as: “Fixed an issue preventing the player from opening the phone in the apartment at the beginning of New Dawn Fades” and “Fixed an issue where the player could become unable to use weapons and consumables after interacting with a maintenance panel in Riders on the Storm”, as well as several others.

It also fixed visual issues “related to clipping in NPCs’ clothes” and fixed a UI issue “where subtitles were not properly aligned in the Arabic language version”.

As for the stability and performance fixes, there were “Various memory management improvements (reducing the number of crashes), and other optimizations” and “Improved GPU performance of skinning and cloth rendering”.

While there were also console-specific fixes, for Xbox One, GPU and ESRAM optimizations and improvements were made and for PS5, memory management improvements were made.
