First of all, thanks to the modders for doing a great job fixing the game in general, both mods provide an visual and graphical improvement to the game with a small performance loss. If you are using FSR 2.1 in Cyberpunk you should definitely try the mod out as it improves the sharpness and clarity. The texture mod provides high resolution textures on roads pavements and walls, where there were some low quality assets (I used the balanced version here due to low VRAM).
