Although, the latest PC port of The Last of Us Part 1 was pretty awful at launch, God of War 2018 which was one of the 1st PlayStation Exclusives that came to PC, was really well optimized. DX11 helped older GPUs like the GTX 1060 and generally Pascal GPUs or lower. Using some settings provided by Digital Foundry, the 1060 can run this game at 1080p 60 fps or more most of the time using FSR 2.0 which looks pretty great in this game. Despite the use of DX11 the game is using all 16 threads and doesn't have shader compilation stutters, neither gets bottlenecked by the Ryzen 7 2700.
