As you might know in the latest version of the game active NCPD cruiser chases were added. I followed this one, it arrived at the site of the supposed gunfight of NCPD officers and bandits. Only there was no fight of any kind, as this sort of interaction has been for the most part bugged since day 1 and never fixed. So the officers simply went straight through the bandits - not in the badass way, but literally - sat in a car (nice touch) and left nearly running me over. Of course it never bothered them that I came in a stolen NCPD cruiser myself because their AI is worse than in Oblivion.
P. S. Finished off the bandits myself.
P. P. S. Never mind the fact that this particular katana's perk is still broken and does not generate critical hit with each strike as it's supposed to.
