I've been preparing some tram videos from Prague and Brno for about two years, and it occurred to me that I didn't have any history videos to give any background. Therefore, I did a 8-part introduction starting with this video, summarizing the early history of tram manufacturers in the Czech Republic, including Ringhoffer, Tatra, CKD, and CKD-Tatra, while also looking briefly at Praga, who never built trams but were founded by the Ringhoffer family.
