For alt characters at level 80 who've completed the campaign, a Dalaran Introduction skip allows direct access to Dornogal in Khaz Algar.
After the quest "The War Within," you can choose to skip the Dalaran Introduction, teleporting straight to Dornogal to continue leveling in Khaz Algar.
World Quests & Flexible Zone Leveling
Post level 80 and campaign completion, world quests unlock for both main and alt characters. This allows alts to earn rewards while leveling.
You can also level in any zone order, useful for targeting specific faction reputation for Renown Rank 4.
