This list might not be exhaustive, but I tried to include at least an easy, hard, and Desperation-only punish with each character.
Also these are the highest damage routes I could find. Exceptions made for less-damaging combos that stun, obviously.

Other notes:
0:26 Stun routes for 2-hit and 1-hit Rolling Smash (j.46K) respectively. These require the wall to be intact.
0:49 Gekkou only needs to loop j8.MK xx 214K twice, then follow up with j.HK(x2) to stun, but you could squeeze in another for 1-2 more damage.
1:10 I tried, but Shouten Ryuubu causes the damage to scale too much if you're not ending with DM.
1:40 n.5MP or any light/medium button needed to buffer mash move. [2]8P does ~1 more damage per hit on higher strengths so it's negligible.
1:49 2HK needed for spacing while holding charge.
2:28 Marco can loop a third 5MK xx Mash HP to stun at the wall/corner
2:39 It's possible to n.5HP xx DM but it's kinda hard and does 2~3 more damage
2:53 Airthrow is unavoidable here, since it has longer range than buttons (128px)
