In Samurai Shodown 3, you can get command grabbed during blockstun. This means any character with a normal that:
1. can be special canceled
2. does not recoil on block
(or a projectile, like Hanzo's Baku'en Ryu)
Has a standard unblockable setup.
However, 2 characters can guard cancel freely for... unknown reasons. These are Basara and Gaira.
This video lists their options for dealing with standard command grabs (Galford, Genjuro, Hanzo, Nakoruru, Rimururu all have 3f command grabs), and slightly different answers for Bust Gaira 2146CD (5f command grab).
Anything not shown here results in you getting grabbed. For some reason Basara 41236A doesn't work against Bust Gaira's setups.
