Elven lord Nepenchil's long abandoned ruins to the east of the Elven city is where the PC's found his remains and head.

Torvo the hobgoblin referenced as having returning the foot back to Nepenchil's ruins. Cursed the elven lands along with the fey and changed Torvo who returned to the Frostfell.
Three ogres summoned to find the foot, might come looking for who has it. Can't be dropped in another plane as it would be recovered by others. Could be brought back to the abyss and destroyed before it would regenerate after years.
