Today, I take a look at Dark Angel: Vampire Apocalypse for the Playstation 2. This game was developed by Metro 3D, the same developers who created Armada for the Dreamcast. Despite coming out 2 years after Armada, this one felt like a step backward in almost every way.

1. PS2 footage was captured using HD RetroVision component cables and an OSSC via 4x scaling Timings were manually configured and optimized to retain the correct aspect ratio.

2. Dreamcast footage was captured using a VGA box through an OSSC. The Dreamcast 480p signal was line doubled to 960p. Timings were manually configured and optimized to retain the correct aspect ratio.
