This video will show how to catch a Baron Garayan for the Trophy "A Rare Catch". If you have not acquired the Trophy "The Big One", you will undoubtedly get it as well.

This video also shows how to farm FP by catching Mardan Garayan, and the special benefit you also get from catching it.

You can get between 500 - 800 FP from a Baron, but they are pretty rare. You can get between 200 - 500 FP from a Mardan, but they show up much more frequently than a Baron. As such, this is the reason I recommend going for Mardans over Barons for the purpose of farming FP. Although, there is absolutely nothing wrong with bringing along some Potato Cakes in the event a Baron actually shows up.

You can purchase Poisonous Apples from Lana's Store (Fruit Vendor) in Queens for 120 G. each.
You can purchase Potato Cakes from Brooke in Muska Lacka for 450 G. each.
Minons cannot be purchased. They can be stolen from Earth Diggers in the Wise Owl Forest, or commonly found in chests.

*On a side note, a Gooey Peach can also work in place of the Minon, and can also be purchased from the Fruit Vendor in Queens for 80 G.*
