The Dark Cloud 1999 beta version was a far different game from what we got in the final release. Shown at Tokyo Game Show Autumn 99 was Dark Cloud with a much more creative and open Georama. Sadly this demo is lost media, and a ROM of it has never been found. I made this video with the footage and other media I've collected over time to show off every detail of the game possible.

Besides what can be found online, I've shown a lost interview with Toshiyuki Miyata and a rare press kit. There was also a press kit disc for TGS 99's launch, but only one Dark Cloud image was found on it.
