In All-Dogs go to Heaven, well one dog was sent to Hell, It is hinted that once a dog is brought back to life, he cannot return to Heaven. Instead, when Charlie dies again, he'll go to Hell. And while there is a brief nightmare scene in the movie, the original intent was supposed to be much darker.
In Lilo and Stitch when Stich hijakced the UFO, he was supposed to actually hijack a Commercial Airliner. However considering the timing of this film coming out 2002, you can probably guess why this was changed.
The Original Ending of the Lion King included Scar technically winning the fight by knocking samba down pride rock, Simba would survive the fall and eventually become King, but Scar would not parish from the Hyenas but rather be burned onscreen form the fire.
There was supposed to be a scene in the original Cars movie where Lightning McQueen gets lost on his way to Radiator Springs and finds himself alone in the dessert and wonders towards a Car Graveyard with shells of old dead vehicles.
In the Original Tarzan Intro, viewers were supposed to see the actual final Battle between Tarzan’s dad and Sabor, the fight was also supposed to be gruesome. What it got cut down into was Tarzan’s parents encountering Sabor off screen resulting to his orphanage.
