1960s: Fred and Wilma Flintstone, the Flintstones series came out in 1960, and these two paved the way for the Cartoon Mom and Dad couple dynamic for family animated sitcoms.
1970s: Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggie: They first met each other in 1976, and in the 1979 Muppet Movie she reached she had love at first sight. They got married in 1978.
1980s: Goku and Chi Chi, They first met in 1986, and got married in the 1988 release of Goku Gets Married.
1990s: Homer Simpson and Marge Simpsons, while the Series started in December of 1989, they truly owned the 90s decade.
2000s: Shrek and Fiona: Shrek 1 came out in 2001, Shrek 2 in 2004, and Shrek 3 in 2007, in all 3 films they were the fairy tail power couple.
2010s: Hiccup and Astrid from How to Train your dragon.
2020s: Adrien and Marinette, who technically knew each ofter for a while, but weren’t an official couple till late season 5 in 2023.
