The action takes place on the territory of one of the states of Eastern Europe. Biological weapons, a legacy of the Cold War, are out of control. An unusual virus has swallowed up the inhabitants of the whole city. The territory of infection was cut off from the rest of the world and was called the "Dark Sector". The inhabitants have been mutated into grotesque, decaying monsters and roam the streets in search of a handful of survivors. They are the carriers of the virus, not knowing pity, predators thirsting for human flesh. And somewhere in the depths of the city lies the secret of military biological developments, for the sake of which powerful organizations and corporations are ready to risk all of humanity.
Secret agent Hayden Tenno was wounded and infected during an operation to uncover this dark secret. However, a body covered with organic armor plates, superhuman strength and speed, destructive power will be very useful to Hayden on the avenues and streets of the Dark Sector, which is forbidden and fatal to people. Now his main task is to stay alive and become a man again.
