This place can be tough IF you don't know what your doing but if you do it can be a miner annoyance.
For starters don't use torches at the start because if you carry on while visiting a certain NPC then your going to be attacked by him.
Also don't light the sconces I lit the first on to show you what will happen BUT as for the second one don't DO IT!! otherwise you will be fighting a ton of them those NPC like enemies will do a lot of damage.
But here's the thing quite a few enemies here drop some really good weapons, the wardens drop the sickles which I will be grinding for off screen, the pyromancers drop there weapon the blue flame which is GREAT for intellect builds, and those shield guys also drop there.....well shields LOL!
But the important part is to destroy those statues if you don't then the ghosts will keep coming as soon as the bell is rug, the good news is that once the statues are gone they NEVER come back so no more of those pyromancer ghosts!
The last section though before the boss is a different story take out the 3 hollows before they ring the bell otherwise more ghosts will appear AND you can't destroy the statues in this room and of course there's dragon rider there as well but once you kill him he doesn't come back but he is quite beefy though!
AS for the boss quite hard his hammer has more range then you think AND he can cast hexes on you so using an NPC summon isn't a bad thing LOL!
With the ring you can now access more areas as long as you put it on but for now we will carry on with the story!
PS:Next time we go down the middle path back in shaded woods!
