Dark Souls 3 is the final part of the trilogy and my personal favorite. The bell has tolled to awaken the Lords of Cinder to sit upon their thrones and link the fire once again. But this time, the Lords have abandoned their thrones and the Age of Fire is fading once again. To restore the age, an undead hollow will rise as Unkindled Ash, not fit to become cinder. this Unkindled will bring the Lords back to their thrones and link the fire. Or will the Unkindled abandon the fire and bring forth an age of Dark?
Dark Souls 3 is the culmination of everything learned from Dark Souls 1, 2 and Bloodborne and includes faster paced, more refined combat, the return of the FP bar from Demon's Souls, new weapon artes for each weapon type and a beautiful new setting in which players will explore, die and conquer all. Fan service and callback to all previous Souls titles including Demon's Souls are peppered throughout the experience and the lore beautifully weaves all three games together to paint a picture of what the endtimes of this realm shall look like as timelines collide and the planes of existence collapse in on one another. With the addition of two incredible DLCs with some impressive new boss fights and it is easy to see why Dark Souls 3 is regarded by many to be Miyaziaki's masterpiece.
