Dark Souls 3: Getting a Good Signal on the Poise Antenna (Raw Clip)
When I made my SL 81+1 character the primary goal was to replace my meta level strength build with a lower level one to invade a gap I was unable to before. Since many strength weapons pair well with poise I of course wanted to at least meet the break point for going through light weapons. With the larger restriction on available stats I was kinda surprised that I was able to get 27.55 poise while still prioritizing fashion souls but was even more surprised that it was incredibly deceiving, since none of the armor looks to be giving me a tremendous amount of poise. When I really want to ensure I have poise though I pull out the Poise Antenna™ which gets me 38.42 and I if I swap the Hornet Ring for a Wolf Ring +3 I can get 43.96, enough to even poise through a 2H greatsword R1 hit with my own greatsword.
