When I initially saw the host I thought perfect timing he just killed all the pve, I'll just give him a little scare and then fight him. Given that he was just throwing bursting fireballs I wanted to go for something more fancy than an R1 or the WA of Ledo's Great Hammer. Once he started throwing Chaos Bed Vestiges I wasn't having it but then the lone surviving pve enemy created an opportunity for something else, something better. This time the L1 waggle was for both strategy and a bit of light taunting (I hate overreliance on CBV).
