316Symbol of Avarice is a Mimic Chest Head in Dark souls 3.
The Mimic Head helmet can be obtained as a drop when killing Mimics. Every time you fight one, there’s a chance it’ll drop it.

Area: High Wall of Lothric
Spawn at the first bonfire, then go left. Go past the hollows praying to the dragon corpse and get to the tower with the live dragon. Roll through his flames and enter the tower. The mimic will be on the lower floor. If you have ranged weapons or spells that do damage, you can kite him to the upper floor, then jump onto the platform across the gap and shoot him safely from there.
