After reboot, and boot with XanMod kernel (it will boot by default), just start steam client and start DS3 via Proton 5.0-6 and you will play with FSYNC enabled.
To verify if FSYNC is enabled:
Start steam with proton log
and if in log has writen: FSYNC is up and running
Then you are good!
