Either way, Flash Sweat is worth getting Pyromancy stuff for, if you have the slots. It gives a 45% fire damage reduction, for a full minute, which is insane!
Iron Flesh is neat too, as you deflect any attack that CAN be deflected (Heavy Deflect, which is when enemies bounce of your shield), you become highly resistant to fire and physical damage. Magic and lightning, not so much, and you cannot run or roll either, so beware.
The reason we know the Butcher's a woman (and likely Mildred), is because Laurentius mentions, if left in the barrel and talked to:
"... She'll have me for lunch!"
His dialogue in Firelink is slightly different if you're a Pyromancer already, mind you, and provides you with the flame for free! Pyromancy is, technically, one of the cheaper magics, since you only need 10 attunement to get most spells.
Meaty Lump

A lump of squishy flesh, with several metal protrusions.
The butchers of the Depths possess no clean water, thus use these things to clean their tools, as it has mild acidic properties. These lumps come from slimes after they finished a prey.
Since they cannot digest metal, the lump is sharp. As such, anyone stuck with this will suffer bleeding and severe damage from the acid, though the thrower may find themselves inflicted as well.

Use: Essentially the bleed counterpart of the Dump Pie. On the user, the bleed does a mild 25% max health damage, the enemy suffers the worse 35%.
Found: The meaty lumps around the Depths, rarely from Slimes. Also, a clump of 5 can be found on the busy Butcher.
